It's a hands-on, zero-to-one builder role focused on designing operating models, rebuilding forecasting workflows, and shaping the data and AI foundation for Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities

- Be the primary architect of the core data layer for Revenue Operations, connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance information.
- Help define the direction for AI adoption in Revenue Operations, identifying areas for automation and AI to improve GTM efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Build and maintain data models, pipelines, and analytics products to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Design segmentation, coverage, and territory models, along with account allocation and capacity planning frameworks.
- Collaborate with Systems and Strategy & Operations teams to ensure alignment across data architecture, tooling, and processes.
- Research, test, and roll out AI tools and vendors, adapting new capabilities into practical use cases.
- Implement data governance, quality standards, and documentation practices for scalability.
- Build executive-ready dashboards and analyses to inform revenue strategy and company-wide reporting.
- Act as a cross-functional quarterback across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product to maintain the Revenue Strategy roadmap.
- Develop playbooks, processes, and operating cadences to support business growth.
- Champion a culture of rapid building and iteration, prioritizing quick prototypes and deployment.
Requirements
- 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A / Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or a closely related function.
- Proven track record of building commercial infrastructure from the ground up at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.
- Hands-on technical ability, including writing SQL and code, designing data models, and building pipelines.
- Fluency with the modern AI landscape and experience turning emerging tools into practical, production use cases.
- Comfortable moving between strategy, analysis, process design, and hands-on systems implementation.
- Experience leading forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and executive business reviews.
- Strong command of CRM platforms, BI tools, spreadsheets, and modern GTM systems.
- Excellent judgment and cross-functional instincts, with the ability to translate messy information into clear decisions and scalable processes.
