About the Role
Manager, GTM Engineering to architect systems, data model, and automation for Grow's Enterprise commercial pillar, including PCP referrals and EAP through benefits consultants. This role owns the architecture for Grow's GTM systems end-to-end, setting technical standards and data model conventions.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship the data model and automation logic for the PCP referral engine.
- Redesign the underlying data model for the PCP referral engine to eliminate structural gaps and support scale.
- Build the data pipeline linking office-level outreach activity to physicians and downstream patient referrals.
- Ship automated intake, validation, and routing logic for inbound referrals.
- Build the reporting layer to tie outreach investment to referral volume and quality.
- Map the end-to-end consultant → employer → employee journey and translate it into systems and data architecture.
- Design and build the staging environment and HubSpot data model for consultants and employers.
- Build workflows and tracking for consultant relationships and RFP processes.
- Build handoff logic from consultant/RFP engagement through to employer sale.
- Design and deploy AI agents that autonomously perform GTM tasks.
- Run an experimentation loop for new automations and agent behaviors.
- Implement rigorous testing and deployment across n8n, Workato, and HubSpot.
- Maintain a technical schema map of the Enterprise GTM systems.
- Serve as the architecture owner for Grow's GTM systems end-to-end.
- Define and enforce data governance standards across PCP and EAP data models.
- Build monitoring and self-healing automations for data syncs and logic breaks.
- Partner with the Head of Revenue Operations to scope the future GTM Systems team structure.
- Increase the number and quality of inbound physician referrals and successful patient intakes.
- Deliver a referral engine and EAP systems foundation that allows volume growth without proportional manual effort.
- Ensure Provider Experience, PCP, and EAP run on one coherent, consistent GTM systems architecture.
Requirements
- 8+ years in a technical RevOps or GTM Engineering role.
- Experience with healthcare, benefits, or provider referral channels is a plus.
- Experience owning technical architecture that spans multiple teams or motions.
- Expert-level technical knowledge of HubSpot (Advanced Workflows, Custom Objects, data model design).
- Expert proficiency in n8n and Workato.
- Comfort integrating dialing/outreach tools (Aircall, Nooks), call intelligence (Gong), and event data (Segment).
- Proven experience building AI agents and agentic workflows (Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini).
- Experience standing up net-new systems and data models for a channel or motion.
- Comfort designing CRM data models that represent complex, multi-party relationships.
- Experience setting data governance standards as a core part of data strategy.
