About the Role

The candidate will be a member of the Sub-Same Day (SSD-Core) Labor Planning delivery team, focusing on providing faster-than-same-day delivery across North America. This role involves owning strategic, tactical, cross-functional, and technology projects within SSD Last Mile Delivery, requiring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business insights into scalable, efficient, and automated processes.

Responsibilities

Develop the overall program strategy and drive cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Define program mission, vision, and tenets; set objectives, analyze data, and drive quantifiable improvements.
Retrieve and analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, Artificial Intelligence, and other data management systems.
Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders in managing the business and making decisions.
Monitor existing metrics, build new metrics, and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
Work autonomously in ambiguous environments to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, and leadership decisions.
Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems to help reduce exposure to classic failure modes.
Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Communicate with program managers, business leaders, tech, product, science partners, and the executive team to impact critical business initiatives.
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance.
Adopt a general manager/owner mentality to achieve objectives.

Requirements

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
2+ years of supply chain experience.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
