About the Role
Global payments processing and servicing for cash accounts across all payment rails and product types, maintaining operational excellence and enabling business growth. This role focuses on establishing product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the US cash management business and supporting payment & settlement services across Capital Markets. It involves defining, prioritizing, and implementing client fulfillment, maintenance, and service models, including CORE integration and liquidity models for US cash management to deliver digital-first solutions. The Operations team provides client support and reimagines payment evolution for secure and compliant money movement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily payment transactions including FX, Wire, and ACH.
- Resolve processing exceptions, including payment investigations for FX, Wire, and ACH.
- Monitor exposure limits for ACH Originators and liaise with Credit Risk teams.
- Perform reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and execute corrective actions.
- Work directly with clients to resolve issues, gather needs, and collaborate with product teams and account managers.
- Create end-to-end journey strategies from inception and determine business value.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in payment process/onboarding at a financial institution.
- Experience delivering seamless digital experiences.
- Experience managing Cash Management/Treasury product implementations.
- Experience with host-to-host/API solutions (file formats/connectivity protocols like SWIFT FileAct, SFTP).
- Experience implementing account statement formats (MT/CAMT/BAI2) over SWIFT and host-to-host delivery channels.
- Strong understanding of Cash Management Products (Wire, ACH, RTP, Check).
- Familiarity with Nacha rules and regulations.
