About the Role

We are seeking talented Video Producers to join our in-house creative team, focusing on managing and producing high-impact motion graphics and social video content for product launches, announcements, campaigns, and social channels. You will collaborate with motion designers, animators, and creative directors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment on rapid turn projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and rapidly produce high-impact motion graphics and social video content.
  • Work with a team of motion designers, animators, and creative directors.
  • Manage projects with unpredictable and tight timelines.
  • Build production schedules.
  • Manage approvals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience at Motion Graphics agencies, brands, or social shops.
  • Experience working on social and short-form motion content.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
  • Comfort and availability to work on projects with unpredictable and tight timelines, and flexible schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to talk to creative teams, product and marketing managers, and customers.
  • Problem solver with solution-oriented thinking under pressure.
  • Understanding of storytelling, brand, and design.
