About the Role

The Next Generation Talent (NGT) Program is a rotational program for new graduates designed to support Canadian Tire’s long-term technology talent strategy. Technology Associates gain hands-on experience across various roles, technologies, and delivery teams through three progressive rotations, accelerating their growth into well-rounded technology professionals. Associates will build broad technical expertise and a strong foundation in core technology principles, working with experienced professionals to apply agile methodologies, leverage emerging technologies, and support business processes that drive digital innovation. This program places participants at the forefront of digital evolution in retail, preparing them for long-term career growth within Canadian Tire’s technology organization.

Requirements

Graduated in Fall 2026 or expect to graduate by Spring 2027.
Must be available to start full-time in June 2027.
