About the Role
The Estée Lauder Companies Technology, Data & Analytics (TD&A) organization enables the consumer journey, strengthens business performance through data and AI, simplifies and automates ways of working, and provides a secure, scalable technology foundation. As a TD&A intern, you will gain practical experience working in a global technology, data, and analytics organization, contributing to meaningful assignments and projects that support business priorities and impact how ELC operates.
Responsibilities

- Work with technology and business partners.
- Learn relevant tools and capabilities.
- Share ideas with TD&A leaders and team members.
Requirements
- Must have completed Junior year by program start (June 2027) and on track to graduate in May 2028.
- Related degrees for technology roles (Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field).
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Is a team player.
- Is highly motivated and self-directed.
- Shows a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
