About the Role

The Associate Director role is responsible for the regional oversight of a portfolio comprised of retail, office, and industrial assets. This position will manage director reports and ensure the timely and accurate flow of information to meet client and company objectives. The role serves as the primary contact for integrating service platforms for the client and ensuring sound accounting practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for markets, implementing business unit strategy and maintaining client relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments, including leasing and accounting.
  • Participate in the preparation and approval of annual budgets and oversee operating compliance.
  • Ensure administration of insurance requirements, purchase orders, contracts, and accounting procedures.
  • Oversee the billing process, including invoice payment and fund disbursement.
  • Monitor cash flow to ensure efficient use of cash.
  • Regularly visit properties and provide support to site teams.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and career path discussions for staff.
  • Analyze and make recommendations regarding property staffing, personnel performance, salary administration, promotions, and training.
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested.
  • Follow established methods and procedures, with potential freedom to determine priorities.
  • Lead, assign, and delegate tasks to Property Managers and General Managers.

Requirements

  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • 8+ years of supervisory experience
  • CPM and/or RPA comparable experience in a senior leadership role

Salary/Compensations

  • $136,000.00 - $160,000.00
