Responsibilities
- Ensuring optimal continuity of care for patients and their families.
- Fostering collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to support, coordinate, and educate care.
- Playing an integral part in the patient experience through clinical assessments and follow-up.
- Working closely with support staff to assist nurses.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- Current NYS RN Licensure required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Adult Education and Pediatrics required.
- Employees must live within a commutable distance to NYP.
- All roles require on-site presence.
Skills
- Acute care experience preferred.
- Recent preceptor experience preferred.

Salary/Compensations
- $113,500-$158,500/Annual
