Registered Nurse Emergency Room - Albany Memorial Hospital. St. Peter's Health Partner's cares for more people in more places. Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of each patient.
- Plan the nursing care needed, including spiritual, emotional, and physiological needs.
- Ensure the plan of care is carried out and evaluated.
- Deliver patient care and be accountable to the Nurse Manager.
- Modify and deliver care specific to the age, growth, and development of patients.
- Perform clinical and leadership functions when serving in the charge role.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
- Ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- 1 year of Emergency Room experience is preferred.
