About the Role
DO & CO is seeking individuals to join their Formula 1 VIP Hospitality team in Austin, Texas, to create an incredible experience for VIP guests at one of the year's most exciting events.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and organize orders, and ensure accuracy in all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Manage and receive local purchasing deliveries for airlines, verifying items against invoices and delivery orders.
- Ensure paperwork for equipment and beverage packing adheres to company guidelines.
- Manage monthly inventories, monitor stock levels, and request materials when low.
- Maintain a database for procedures related to material returns, cargo pick-ups, and U.S. Customs information.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding storage and warehousing.
Requirements
- Proactive and self-organized.
- Ability to manage a substantial workload and complete tasks within strict deadlines.
- Ability to drive a sit-down or stand-up forklift and operate an electric pallet jack.
- Hands-on approach and ability to react with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload, involving prolonged standing and the ability to move, lift, carry, pull, or push as needed.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Team leader qualities with strong communication skills.
- Dedication and attention to detail regarding customer service.

- Flexibility to work different shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
