Responsibilities
- Manage service cycle for customer base
- Effectively communicate company products and services
- Respond to calls, emails, and faxes to address customer needs
- Make an efficient work schedule
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Service aquariums and aviaries in nursing homes and assisted living facilities
- Lift and maneuver supplies, including 50lb bags of bedding and seed, and 4-5 27-gallon totes of supplies
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to travel within a 150-mile radius of Binghamton, NY
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
- Ability to read and write in English
- Driver's License required
- COVID-19 vaccine or masking/goggles may be required for work in long-term care homes
