About the Role
Scale is seeking a Staff/Senior Product Designer to lead product design for the 'AI for Enterprise Data' business unit, focusing on accelerating AI deployment for large enterprises. This role involves working on a range of products from new initiatives to improving existing ones, including AI tools for insurance and document processing.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop web applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations team members to address product and business challenges.
- Act as the user's advocate as the founding designer for the business unit.
- Prioritize and execute work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and significant ambiguity.
- Contribute to the development of the company-wide design system and interaction patterns.
- Proactively identify product gaps and gain support for proposed solutions.
Requirements
- Experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web applications.
- High proficiency in Figma with a focus on fast execution.
- Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, domain-specific editors, and forms.
- Understanding of front-end development processes for web interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience with customer-facing meetings.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse product design project skills.
