About the Role

We are seeking a Site Director to lead the Texas Licensed iKids U after school program at an Austin elementary school. Our engaging STEAM, Recreational, and Academic enrichment, childcare, and tutoring program is highly valued by principals, teachers, parents and especially our kids. Responsibilities

Implement, develop, and regulate the iKids program at one school site.
Teach Curriculum using our tested and engaging iKids U lesson plans that are filled with fun and educational activities.
Supervise and implement all company policies, procedures, and maintain student records.
Maintain child safety in a fun, well-managed environment.
Keep the facility clear and organized with 1-5 iKids Instructors.
Record incidents and behaviors in a timely manner.
Review curriculum, organize materials, and prepare supplies for daily activities.
Cultivate positive relationships with staff, families, and your community.
Update, delegate, role-model and inspire emerging educators and experienced instructors.
Meet school administrators and Texas Licensing personnel.
Attend school events and fairs.
Excel at classroom management while actively guiding activities, snack and recreation time.
Connect with parents and share updates from the day during student pick up.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months leading a Licensed Child Care program is required.
Clear fingerprinting background results are required.
Reliable, independent transportation is required.
Leadership experience required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
