About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coach Varsity/JV/Modified/Unified basketball teams.
- Develop student athletes' skills, discipline, and dedication.
- Foster teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and academic development at the high school level.
- Encourage maximum participation and enjoyment of play at the modified level.
Requirements
- New York State Coaching Certification.
- Valid First Aid course.
- Valid Adult CPR certification.
- Completion of Child Abuse Identification workshop.
- Completion of School Violence Intervention and Prevention workshop.
- Completion of Dignity For All Students Act (DASA) workshop.
- Fingerprint Clearance.
- School District Recommendation.
- Pass a fingerprint-based background check.
- Pay $102.50 for background check.
