About the Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, leveraging expertise in home lending products to guide them through the homeownership journey. This role involves adhering to regulatory requirements while marketing Chase's financial products, offering a unique opportunity for career growth and significant business impact.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor the branch team through product and service training.
Collaborate with bankers to meet with their customers and introduce new clients.
Partner with the team to create exceptional customer experiences using various marketing efforts.
Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Act as the internal and external mortgage expert, building customer relationships and providing recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience.
Proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Must meet Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
Must register under the SAFE Act of 2008 with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).
