About the Role
We are hiring a Behavior Technician to join our team of professionally patient, out-of-the-box thinkers, implementing Behavior Intervention Plans to help a 4-year-old navigate behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Track data by counting behaviors.
- Reinforce positive behaviors.
- Provide support during sessions.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English.
- Possesses the patience of a saint who has been highly caffeinated.
- Keeps a calm, cool head when a session gets intense.
- Has a background in psychology, education, or a lifetime of being the exceptionally understanding friend.
- Must be able to navigate a world that makes no sense.
- Must be able to handle chaos.
- Must be able to teach a child to request chicken nuggets using their words instead of screaming at a wall.
- Must be able to survive a full Friday afternoon without questioning your life choices.
