About the Role
This interdisciplinary role is ideal for candidates with expertise in bioengineering, imaging technology development, stem cell biology, or computational biology. Research projects will be tailored to the applicant’s background.
Responsibilities
- Developing and applying advanced spatial imaging omics to study stem cell and neuronal plasticity at single-cell resolution.
- Engineering novel tools to integrate live-cell or biomolecular imaging with spatial omics.
- Investigating stem cell fate decisions and exploring their regenerative potential in aging and disease models.
- Performing spatial omics protocols on cell culture and tissue sections, sequencing library preparation, standard molecular biology and biochemistry methodologies, tissue culture techniques, genome editing.
Requirements
- MD and/or Ph.D. in bioengineering, biophysics, stem cell biology, or a related field.
