We are looking for an in-person Behavior Technician ready to engage in meaningful human development, applying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to guide a 7-year-old client.
Responsibilities

- Provide direct, in-person therapy sessions.
Requirements
- Must speak fluent Spanish.
- Must be empathetic and highly responsible.
- Must maintain a calm demeanor during challenging situations.
- Must understand that progress is not always linear.
- Must be able to handle crises with a smile and determination.
- Must be comfortable working in the client's home.
- Must be able to work after 4:00 PM.
