About the Role

Responsibilities
- Follows all work instructions, SOPs, Best Bev policies, procedures, GMPs, and safety rules.
- Accurately verifies and weighs raw materials, and closely monitors product blending and transfer.
- Monitors and tests product/batch quality to ensure adherence to internal, customer, and regulatory standards.
- Maintains positive workflow by monitoring process steps.
- Ensures production processes run smoothly and efficiently with an emphasis on food safety and GMP.
- Effectively communicates with Production Supervisors, Line Operators, and Quality Technicians for fluid interdepartmental transfer.
- Monitors equipment and reports faults, concerns, and breakdowns to supervisors and production engineers.
- Performs visual inspections, records document data, and promptly reports material defects.
- Maintains a clean and safe production area.
- Identifies areas of production for improvement or increased efficiency.
- Follows safety rules and precautions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three or more years of experience with beverage production/processing preferred.
- Excellent analytical and observational skills.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong mathematical and reasoning skills.
- Excellent decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working in a noisy environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Computer skills preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
