About the Role

This role involves performing commercial cleaning tasks according to ServiceMaster TBS Division's schedules, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for clients.

Responsibilities

Emptying trash
Dusting furniture, desks, chairs, and tables
Dusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, and moldings
Cleaning all glass and mirrors
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Performing weekly detailed cleaning
Utilizing PPE where required

Requirements

Must arrive at the work location on time
Must work within allotted hours
Must complete special requests noted in the company log
Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Must show respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
Must contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
Must wear the proper uniform at all times
Must be able to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs
Must be capable of constant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
