About the Role

The Account Solutions Architect (SA) is a trusted technical advisor who builds sustained technical relationships with customers, understands their objectives, and guides them toward solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. The SA validates recommendations through hands-on building, turning architectural insight into working solutions that earn customer trust. The role scales impact by contributing reusable assets, orchestrating access to expertise, and transferring capability for customer self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

Designs end-to-end solutions for customer workloads, making trade-off decisions across security, scalability, reliability, performance, cost, and operational efficiency.
Acts as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, understanding business objectives and technology landscape to recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
Advances customer decisions by making business outcomes tangible and credible through architectural reasoning, technical proof, or working demonstrations.
Evaluates existing customer architectures to identify gaps, risks, modernization and optimization opportunities, and delivers actionable remediation guidance.
Operates as a hands-on builder who develops and validates solutions through working proof points, leveraging emerging technologies and AI-assisted development.
Applies a production mindset from the outset, integrating governance, security, resiliency, observability, and human validation into all demonstrable artifacts.
Partners with sales, business development, professional services, support, product/engineering teams, and external partners to move solutions from adoption through launch.
Provides technical input to product teams by translating customer evidence into clear, actionable requirements.
Improves team operations by driving process changes, knowledge transfer, mentoring others, leading design reviews, and creating reusable assets.
Develops and delivers prescriptive technical content, including reference architectures, workshops, white papers, blog posts, and presentations.
Represents the organization at industry events, customer forums, and technical conferences.

Requirements

8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
Experience working in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, TypeScript) with the ability to read and work across others as needed
Owned a sustained technical advisory relationship with customers
Demonstrated ability to advise on architecture and design, and to build working solutions independently
Diagnosed complex cross-system issues beyond single-service scope, driving resolution across organizational boundaries
Track record of communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients
Experience defining technical approaches where multiple valid paths compete and no single established pattern applies, producing solutions that others can reference and scale

Skills

Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
Hands-on proficiency with AI/ML in production environments: agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, foundation model integration, or AI-augmented development workflows
