About the Role
This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for business-critical systems and technology infrastructure. The Analyst will analyze system performance, diagnose issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and applications, working closely with other IT support teams and business units to ensure technology supports organizational goals and operates efficiently. This position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support for system-related incidents, identify root causes, and resolve issues affecting system performance or end-user operations.
- Track and document incidents in the service management platform, ensuring they are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Escalate complex issues to senior support teams as needed.
- Assist with the configuration, installation, and updating of hardware, software, and network components to improve system performance and security.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, answering queries related to system functionality, software applications, and network issues.
- Work closely with other IT teams, including network administrators, database administrators, and business technology teams, to ensure seamless system support and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and issue resolution reports.
- Participate in testing system upgrades and patches, ensuring that changes do not disrupt business operations and are thoroughly validated before deployment.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to increase efficiency, enhance user experience, and ensure the reliability of systems.
Requirements
- CIS (Computer Information Systems) diploma or 2 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience

Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to identify issues and errors in systems or processes and take corrective actions with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users and document support activities.
- Ability to provide efficient and friendly support to end-users, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working as part of a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
- Hands-on experience with system troubleshooting, software installations, and user support for various business technology tools and applications.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or other incident management platforms).
- Experience with system configuration, updates, and basic network support.
