About the Role
Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where children learn to swim and thrive. As a swim instructor, you will teach life-saving water safety skills while creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Training with an experienced mentor to learn swim instruction methods
- Teaching weekly lessons and celebrating student milestones
- Creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents
- Prioritizing safety for everyone in and around the pool
- Engaging in an active, on-your-feet role
- Teaching classes for children aged 6 months to 12 years
Requirements
- Must love working with children and bring positive energy
- Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule
- Comfortable in the water and active on your feet
- Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but not required
