About the Role
Join Marvell's dynamic and fast-paced internship program, supporting the University Programs Team with day-to-day operations. Gain hands-on experience in internal communications, event execution, and project management, ideal for those interested in communications, operations, or project management.
Responsibilities
- Help onboard new interns by supporting pre-hire communications and events, swag creation and distribution.
- Maintain landing pages for pre and post-hire resources, newsletters, and slide decks.
- Assist with coordination of internal trainings for intern managers and mentors.
- Plan intern events, including kickoffs, socials, networking, and developmental sessions.
- Support communications by drafting and sending newsletters, program updates, calendar invites, and Slack messages.
- Maintain the intern program calendar, schedule meetings, and assist with basic reports and data management in Excel.
- Remotely coordinate logistics for over 15 North America intern offices, including Zoom support, catering, room bookings, expensing, and shared team email alias.
- Work cross-functionally with support teams such as HR, Communications, Marketing, IT, and site security.
- Create and analyze surveys, recap documents, and feedback summaries post-events.
- Support global intern initiatives such as the annual Global Intern Event, swag logistics, and communications.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a co-op eligible program in Communications, Operations, Event Management, Marketing, HR, Business Admin, or a related focus. Open to all applicants regardless of major.
- Available to work full-time starting January 2027 through the summer intern program concluding in August 2026.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with tools such as Excel, Zoom, Outlook Calendars, and Slack.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Enjoys creating structure, staying on top of follow-ups, and improving processes.
- Interested in participating in the Summer 2027 Marvell Intern Program.
- Comfortable working full-time in the office.
- Eligible to travel to the US without restriction.
- Applicants may be subject to an export license review process prior to employment.
