About the Role
As a Social Worker (LCSW) at DaVita, you’ll be a part of a Team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. DaVita has an open position for a Social Worker who will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. You will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
