About the Role

Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities supporting account relationships, including furniture and relocation services. Develop move grids, furniture test fit scenarios, manage file planning and seating assignments, coordinate vendors, and oversee the entire business relocation process.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, enter, and confirm project and service requests.
  • Manage administrative processes for customer setup and establish certificates of insurance.
  • Coordinate walkthroughs and planning calls to define scope and communicate service requirements and client expectations.
  • Develop furniture test fit scenarios, seating assignments, and file planning with clients.
  • Document scope, timelines, and pricing; generate proposals, establish signed orders for service, and obtain client-specific purchase orders, tracking numbers, and approvals.
  • Produce numbered move plans in AutoCAD and generate computer-printed placards and move labels.
  • Coordinate with sales, field project management, operations, and customers to plan and implement services.
  • Communicate thoroughly with all parties throughout service delivery.
  • Track timelines and document progress against established benchmarks.
  • Document scope changes and manage the change order process.
  • Collect and consolidate costs and manage the close-out process.
  • Provide oversight of crews working onsite at customer locations.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, and Ability to adjust focus.
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
