About the Role
Social Factor is seeking talented moderation professionals for project-based, gig, or temporary roles. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for both early birds and night owls. As our clients' needs evolve, we aim to connect you with suitable opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
- Develop strong, growing, digital communities for well-known brands.
Requirements
- Native-level understanding of language
- Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
- Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
- Previous social media moderation experience is required
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills (skills and/or language test will be given for final candidates)
- Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
- High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
- Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
- Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
- AI technology use during live interview conversations is prohibited and could lead to disqualification.
Skills
- Live stream moderation is a plus
- Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
