About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager for Strategic Projects & AI Transformation, you will collaborate with internal sponsors to solve complex challenges, leveraging strategic and commercial thinking, and problem-solving skills. This role is crucial for driving innovation, new business models, and supporting the decarbonisation journey of our customers within the Business Area Wind.

Responsibilities

Identify improvement opportunities for our Business Unit by learning about business challenges and collaborating with colleagues.
Contribute to setting the overall strategic direction of BU Offshore.
Scope, align, and lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects.
Ensure project success through convincing storytelling, innovative concepts, effective presentations, and analysis reports.
Actively collaborate with project sponsors, the BU Offshore line organisation, and other stakeholders.
Support the development and mentoring of (Associate) Strategy Advisors.
Show effective leadership in project teams.

Requirements

An advanced university degree, or equivalent qualification, in business, economics, engineering or a related field.
At least five years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation.
Demonstrated ability to identify and shape value-creating applications of AI.
Experience working in complex organisations and understanding decision-making processes.
A strong track record of structuring complex business problems, conducting robust analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience in independently scoping and leading cross-functional strategy, transformation or organisational improvement projects.
Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and communicating complex topics.
Passionate about creating a sustainable energy landscape.
Structured, pro-active, motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
Working with an end-to-end mindset.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Cooperative team player.
Excellent communicator in an international environment.
