About the Role
As a Counter Attendant, you’re not just providing food and drink service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Welcome executive guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure an exceptional experience
- Set up for service including stocking serviceware, arranging furniture, preparing coffee and/or bar stations, and displaying food and beverages
- Ensure food and beverage stations are always fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout service
- Collect used serviceware, monitor and inspect inventory quality, and restock the kitchen
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
