About the Role
This position is responsible for coordinating replenishment forecasting, inventory management, purchase order preparation, distribution planning, and customer services for continuous replenishment customers within CPS, with a primary focus on Amazon, Walmart, and Sam's Club customer service.
Responsibilities
- Willingness to work a schedule that meets customer and department business needs, including early or late hours and holidays.
- Coordinate replenishment forecasting, inventory management, purchase order preparation, distribution planning, and customer services for continuous replenishment customers within CPS.
- Provide customer service for Amazon, Walmart, and Sam's Club.
- Travel to customer locations for training purposes on rare occasions.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience navigating and creating large spreadsheets with complex formulas.
- Demonstrated dependability due to transactional customer service requirements.
- Ability to initiate appropriate action independently and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a significant amount of detail work accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-focused, highly developed, and demonstrated organizational ability.
- Proven ability to learn and use custom software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work and succeed in a team environment.
