About the Role
As a Seasonal Stylist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting experience. You will stay current on fashion trends, educate customers on products, and inspire them to try new styles, embodying Mejuri's brand vision and values.
Responsibilities
- Uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and ensure a high-quality in-store customer experience.
- Promote services such as piercing and engraving to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support back-of-house operations for efficient order fulfillment, including in-store, phone, and BOPIS sales.
- Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house inventory, packaging, and supplies.
- Support visual merchandising standards, ensuring brand presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Validate the integrity of display fixtures and notify appropriate teams of any missing or damaged items.
- Build positive relationships with team members and foster an engaging work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance practices.
Requirements
- Ability to connect authentically and warmly with customers.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer and business needs.
- Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators (SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT).
- Attention to customer feedback, trends, and sharing insights with management.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
- History of contributing to a positive team environment.
- Experience using or ability to learn point-of-sale systems and retail technology.
