Responsibilities

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Experience leading or developing other educators
- Deep instructional expertise and a clear vision of excellence
- Experience using student work, assessment data, and classroom observations to identify gaps and coach instructional teams
- A proven ability to develop people, build high-performing teams, and inspire others
- Strong judgment and the ability to navigate complex challenges
- High expectations for yourself and others
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States
