We are seeking top talent to join our elite team of General Managers. This role is ideal for Journeyman Service Writers with extensive DRP knowledge looking to advance into management.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Auto body shop service writing/estimating experience with DRP
- Experience using CCC One, Mitchell, and I-Car programs
- High energy with a sense of urgency
- Prior experience with direct repair programs
- Excellent operational and leadership abilities
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from insurance partners

Salary/Compensations
- $120,000 – $160,000/year expected annual compensation
- $100,000-$130,000 annual salary
- Eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from $2,000 to $4,000 per month
