This is a flexible, team-oriented, entry-level role that supports our warehouse, field technicians, and operations team, offering a clear path for growth within a growing HVAC company.

Responsibilities

Organize, clean, and help maintain the warehouse
Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs
Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials safely
Deliver materials to job sites throughout Buffalo, Rochester, and surrounding areas
Assist with proper disposal of materials and job site cleanup
Support technicians, installers and supervisors with daily operational needs

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be able to lift 60lbs.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
