About the Role

This is a temporary Project Associate role supporting North HELP coalition activities until 6/30/2027, with potential for extension based on grant funding. The role involves developing and implementing collaborative plans, coordinating exercises, conducting training and drills, attending meetings, and disseminating communications.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a plan for collaboration with local organizations.
Design and coordinate an operations-based exercise.
Develop and conduct emergency preparedness training and webinars.
Develop and conduct communication drills and analyze performance.
Attend coalition-wide, task force, and strategic planning meetings.
Design and disseminate coalition communications.
Participate in other coalition building activities, as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of work experience.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Experience in emergency preparedness or related field OR Master's degree in Emergency Preparedness, Public Health, Public Administration, or a similar area of study.
