About the Role
Supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets and services, focusing on food quality, customer satisfaction, and associate performance in accordance with established standards.
Responsibilities
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates.
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback.
- Perform service functions during high-volume periods or staffing shortages.
- Assist with maintaining par levels and inventories of food and beverage supplies.
- Ensure staff abides by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and report malfunctions.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices.
- Practice safe work habits and follow safety standards.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or banquet setting.
- Food service background at a server level required.
- Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls required.
- Experience with Micro’s point of sales system strongly preferred.
