About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
- Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in clear, accurate reports.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
