About the Role
We are looking for part-time Product Demonstrators who will promote products, share samples, and provide information to consumers. This role is ideal for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and promoting top brands.
Responsibilities
- Promote products, share samples, and provide information to consumers.
- Meet sampling targets.
- Interact with customers.
- Approach consumers and communicate key messaging.
- Set up and disassemble the sampling booth.
- Complete nightly reporting via a device with photo capabilities and internet access.
Requirements
- Available most weekends.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Confident in ability to meet sampling targets.
- Great customer experience and hospitality skills.
- Food services experience preferred.
- Must have Smart Serve and Food Safety certifications.
- Must be available Thursday-Sunday.
- Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate with people while delivering key messaging.
- Ability to stand for the length of the shift (approximately 6 hours).
- Ability to set up and disassemble sampling booth.
- Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet for nightly reporting.
- Must have a car and be able to occasionally travel to shifts at Pictou Sobeys.
