About the Role
CLEAR is seeking Senior Fullstack Software Engineers to build the next generation of its secure identity platform, enabling seamless experiences across various industries. You will own complex technical problems from design through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advance capabilities across a wide array of industries and domains, gaining hands-on experience with privacy, security, data modeling, and architecture.
- Develop and deliver code across the full stack, driving engineering excellence through best practices in testing, documentation, and observability.
- Partner with product and other stakeholders to uncover requirements, innovate, and solve complex problems.
- Take ownership of architectural decision-making and strive for continuous improvement in technology and processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend software development experience in Java.
- Experience with cloud-based application development.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Curiosity about technology, belief in constant learning, and the ability to be autonomous to figure out what's important.
