About the Role

Transitional Services for New York, Inc. (TSINY) is seeking a Housing Development & Redevelopment Project Coordinator to oversee facilities development, capital projects, property management, and tenant relations for our Property Management program.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities for new properties under contract or purchased by TSINY, including identifying utility equipment.
Coordinate activities for new properties post-purchase, such as key transfers, locksmith services, and utility access.
Open new utility accounts and transfer existing utilities into TSINY's name.
Meet with vendors, utility workers, and others at properties as required.
Work with Project Director and Divisional Director to complete tasks necessary for demolition permits.
Coordinate the completion of punch list items and unfinished work by general contractors.
Coordinate vendors for post-occupancy repairs or improvements.
Perform assigned tasks during construction as directed by the Project Director.
Attend job and Agency training as required.
Perform other related duties as required.

Valid Driver's License.
