About the Role
Join enomyc to identify top talent for German SMEs. You will research, identify, and engage with individuals for demanding leadership positions, contributing to both client mandates and the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Actively source specialists and executives up to C-level via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Research and identify suitable candidates for executive search mandates.
- Analyze companies, organizational charts, and target markets.
- Create longlists and structured candidate overviews.
- Qualify and conduct initial screening of potential candidates.
- Potentially conduct initial phone interviews for professional and personal pre-selection.
- Maintain talent pools and document all search activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of People Advisory on demanding search mandates.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a comparable field.
- Interest in Executive Search, Recruiting, or Management Consulting.
- Enjoyment of research and analytical work.
- Strong communication skills and pleasure in interacting with people.
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
