About the Role
The Technology Department is seeking a Senior Cloud Services Engineer to provide deep insight into AWS Cloud technologies and infrastructure services. In this role, you will use your experience to design, build, maintain, and monitor both the infrastructure and enterprise applications across the organization with a focus towards best practice and automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-availability architectural designs for AWS and Nutanix environments.
- Design and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Lead the management and optimization of AWS Route 53 for DNS resolution.
- Design and implement scalable systems on AWS EC2 and S3.
- Ensure all AWS deployments comply with industry-standard security protocols and company policies.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies for AWS environments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AWS Cloud technologies and infrastructure services.
- Experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with AWS Route 53, EC2, and S3.
- Understanding of security groups, IAM roles, and policies.
- Experience developing disaster recovery strategies.
- Applicants must have work authorization for the UK.
