About the Role
We are seeking an analytical professional to help everyone at Cosuno make better decisions by answering open-ended business questions in depth and with little guidance. You will work across product and commercial topics, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Determine drivers of account growth, predicting long-term retention and expansion.
- Analyze customer product usage, workflow adoption, and feature engagement.
- Identify and answer novel business questions to influence product or go-to-market decisions.
- Build dbt models and Looker views to support analyses and enable future insights.
- Proactively identify and pursue important business questions.
- Prioritize in-depth analysis that drives decisions over numerous reports.
- Employ pragmatic processes and fast iterations for trustworthy answers.
- Communicate findings clearly for understanding and action.
- Utilize AI tools, including Claude Code, fluently in daily work.
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics at fast-growing startups or scaleups, ideally B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to reason through ambiguous business problems and frame questions.
- Experience in both product analytics (usage, adoption, engagement, experimentation) and commercial analytics (retention, expansion, funnel, pricing).
- Demonstrated track record of driving analytical agendas with minimal guidance.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Professional experience with dbt and a BI tool.
- Solid Python for analysis and scripting.
- Strong, hands-on familiarity with AI tools, especially Claude Code.
- Excellent written and spoken English for clear communication of complex findings.
