Responsibilities
- Leading and executing sales performance strategies to support the achievement of business goals.
- Partnering with business market leaders to grow the business.
- Executing tactics to deliver on strategic priorities.
- Assessing training needs to deliver curriculum that will develop associates, with particular emphasis on sales effectiveness and sales process skills.
- Addressing regulatory requirements.
- Promoting core sales routines.
- Leading analytics and ensuring operational excellence and mitigating risk.
- Leading sales analytics to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
- Developing and mentoring junior sales talent through on-going coaching and learning support.
- Providing early identification of business segment performance gaps and developing tactics to address.
- Managing analysis and routines focused on business initiatives including international, digital and client acquisition strategies.
- Evaluating overall effectiveness of sales activities through data analysis and promoting available tools to increase efficiency, achieve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Driving operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities, gathering appropriate information to address needs and presenting recommended course of action.
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting a sales organization, including executives, and/or have had direct client/sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple partners, manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously, and design and deliver materials for in-person or virtual meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executives, peers and partners in a wide range of settings.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong computer, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Solid business acumen and data analytic abilities.
