About the Role
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate advisor and firm information across several sales channels. Your work will ensure advisor records are accurate and up to date, supporting compensation payments, annual tax reporting and effective business operations. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Contracts and Compensation, you will work closely with internal and external partners to process updates, resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate information across multiple systems.
Responsibilities
- Review and process advisor and firm maintenance requests, including updates to contact and other business information.
- Maintain accurate and consistent information across multiple systems, with a strong focus on data quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate with internal and external partners, customers and regulatory authorities to obtain information, resolve questions and complete required updates.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and take the appropriate steps to resolve issues.
- Provide professional, timely and courteous service across different communication channels.
- Support effective information management, including appropriate filing, documentation and archiving of records and correspondence.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting established timelines and service expectations.
- Contribute to operational initiatives and other administrative activities that support the team and business.
- Adapt to changing priorities, processes and business needs.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Sound judgment, initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfort learning and working across multiple systems and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Adaptability and comfort working in an environment where priorities may change.
- Post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is an asset.
- Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only.

- $34,900 - $43,000 annually
