About the Role
Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a dedicated individual to support our retail division, Community Bank, N.A., by scanning operational paperwork, completing mass mailing requests, and assisting with participant benefit statements. Responsibilities
- Scan all daily operational paperwork, including clean-up of old files such as Enrollment Forms, Beneficiary Forms, MPL Paperwork, Incoming IRA Forms, Fund Change Paperwork, and Trust Paperwork.
- Prepare scanned paperwork for offsite maintenance processing.
- Complete Mass Mailing requests and place Billing Tasks using database systems.
- Utilize Insertion Equipment monthly for Quarterly Participant Benefit Statements.
- Assist and provide backup for the Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant, including phone duties, reception, scanning/filing, stuffing envelopes, UBS Download, B50 letters, printing labels, opening/dating/stamping/distributing mail, and matching distribution/loan checks and letters for outgoing mail.
- Assist support positions from other departments as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested or required.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls, and complete all training requirements in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of one to two years of clerical experience is necessary.
