About the Role
We are looking for PR professionals to manage end-to-end public relations for battery storage and our product Rabot Flow, making the topic visible in leading and trade media. You will build structured, AI-supported topic monitoring, identify relevant occasions, and translate complex energy topics into compelling stories for editors.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PR for battery storage and Rabot Flow.
- Build structured, AI-supported topic monitoring.
- Identify relevant occasions and translate complex energy topics into stories for editors.
- Independently create and place press releases and pitches in business, energy, and trade media.
- Build and expand your network in the storage sector.
- Drive a study workstream.
- Build up our spokesperson for battery storage.
- Maintain and expand the PR distribution list.
- Initiate award submissions.
- Collaborate closely with the PR & Communications team, specialist departments, and management.
- Report to the Senior PR Lead.
Requirements
- Approximately 6-8 years of PR experience.
- Ability to manage PR projects end-to-end independently.
- Proactive topic management (in-house and/or agency experience).
- Proficiency in independent media pitching.
- Demonstrable contacts with business and/or energy editors in leading and trade media.
- Ability to write strong press releases and make complex content understandable for the press.
- Ability to identify market trends early, think strategically, and translate topics into communication opportunities.
- Ability to build structured topic monitoring, ideally AI-supported.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Genuine interest in the energy sector and willingness to delve into complex topics like battery storage and flexibilization.
- Open, friendly, and networked personality.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
