About the Role

Drive complex Oracle EBS SCM transformations, lead workstreams, engage with senior stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end implementations that create measurable business value. Influence strategic decisions, mentor consultants, and optimize client supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle EBS SCM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, and optimisation projects.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements.
Design and configure Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain solutions.
Deliver functional analysis, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Create and maintain business process maps and solution documentation.
Advise clients on best-practice processes and drive business transformation initiatives.
Support project planning, risk management, and change management activities.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer across project teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex functional and system challenges.

Requirements

Extensive experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management solutions.
Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and Oracle Manufacturing capabilities.
Hands-on experience with modules such as: Bill of Materials (BOM), Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering.
Experience delivering full project lifecycles using AIM and/or OUM methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Experience working directly with senior business leaders, programme sponsors, and IT executives.
Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
