Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident.
- Support the Oral Surgeon with various procedures.
- Take digital radiographs, CBCT, and intra-oral scans as prescribed.
- Ensure strict infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Sanitize and prep operatories for treatments.
- Adhere to OSHA and safety policies.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies.
- Undertake diverse office tasks for seamless practice operations.
Requirements
- Prior dental assisting experience with surgical procedures required.
- Experience with digital radiographs, CBCT, and intra-oral (3d) scanning.
- Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
- A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
